  1. Quality Control & Inspection  
    Quality control is our commitment. Our team will check whether the item is broken or not before delivery process.
  2. Labelling 
    Every shipments sticked with a label that being used as information provider and proof of delivery (POD).
  3. Returned Shipments 
    When our courier failed to deliver the shipment after 3rd attempt delivery, the shipment will return to our warehouse. We will store in temporary storage and locked it. Therefore, we can keep and deliver it again or return it to shipper as per request.
  4. Product Defect 
    We are ready to store and exchange the broken product if the shipper request.
